MONSTER MANOR … A safehouse that once meant peace for local monsters has turned into a deathtrap. After an unknown presence took up residence at the manor, occupants began turning on one another, leading to devastation for anyone who dares enter the home. With the eccentric owner no longer present to protect strays and maintain peace, who will make it out alive?
DR. FRANKENSTEIN’S LAB … Dr. Frankenstein, no longer under the guidance of his leader, has gone astray in his endeavours. Will he succeed in creating life? And who could imagine the horrors of such a thing?

FaQ
IF I GET TOO SCARED, WHAT DO I DO?
If you get too scared, stay calm and find the actor in the room and they will escort you outside. Please note, like sporting events and large attractions, we typically don’t allow refunds. Our policy states that all sales are final.
CAN I BRING MY BAG INTO THE ATTRACTIONS?
We do not have lockers or a coat check at the attractions. Only clear bags and clutches not exceeding 110mm x 165mm will be allowed, other bags should be left at home.
DO I NEED TO PRINT OFF MY TICKETS?
We do recommend printing off your tickets. However, if you have your order number, we can look you up.
DO I NEED TO PRINT OFF MY WAIVER?
Definitely a good idea! You will need to either print it out and fill it on or fill out one onsite before you check in and enter the park.
THERE DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN?
No. All tickets are the same price.
CAN WE GO THROUGH THE ATTRACTIONS AGAIN?
No. However, you can purchase another ticket if you would like to go through the attractions again.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
We typically don’t allow refunds, as our policy states that all sales are final. If you would like more information or wish to discuss this further please reach out to our customer service team and we’d be happy to work with you directly.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
No. However, due to the graphic nature, it is not recommended for small children, toddlers or babies. We have had young children go through and have a great time and adults who go through and are in tears! You’re the parent – you be the judge. A good rule of thumb is: if you wouldn’t bring your child to a PG-13 rated movie, it’s probably not a good idea to bring them to our haunted attractions.
CAN PREGNANT WOMEN GO THROUGH?
We do not recommend pregnant women to go through the haunted house. We suggest calling your OBGYN and/or Physician to discuss the situation with them.
IF I HAVE ASTHMA, CAN I GO THROUGH?
We do not recommend people with asthma go through the haunted house. We suggest calling or emailing your Physician to discuss the situation with them since we have fog machines in the park. If your doctor thinks you’ll be fine, we definitely recommend bringing your inhaler or another device that may help you breathe better. We also don’t recommend people with epilepsy, heart issues and pregnant women go through the haunted house as well. We just want everyone to have a safe time.
DO YOU HAVE STROBE LIGHTS?
Yes. We have strobe lights and fog in the park. It is not recommended for people that have Epilepsy go through the haunted house. We also don’t recommend people with asthma, heart issues and pregnant women go through the haunted house. You can always ask your physician to see if you should go through, however, we just don’t want you to get hurt.
CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS INSIDE?
No. Photography and video recording (including GoPros) are not permitted.
WILL THE ACTORS TOUCH US?
No. Actors will not touch you. We are working hard this year to ensure a contact-less experience and ask you to not touch our scare actors as well.
CAN WE TOUCH THE ACTORS?
No. Please be respectful and do not touch them.
HOW LONG ARE THE HAUNTED ATTRACTIONS? / HOW LONG WILL WE BE INSIDE?
We do not have a specified amount of time for how long you will spend at our haunt. On average, we estimate about 15 minutes in SIDESHOW ALLEY and 7 minutes on QUARANTINE ISLE. Please keep in mind this does not include your wait time in line.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express at our on-site box Office
HOW LARGE OF A GROUP CAN FIT?
We will not permit groups larger than 8 to enter an attraction at a time. You will not be paired with people from another group, and will only enter the attraction with people you arrived with that night. If you have more than 8 in your party, you will be split into smaller groups before entering.
CAN I WEAR A COSTUME?
We welcome everyone to dress up, however, we do not allow full costume face masks or props of any kind. If you wish to paint your face we ask that you remain recognisable if someone asks to see your ID and that you do not interact with other guests as one of our cast members. If our security team does not recognise you as a guest, you may be asked to remove your makeup.
CAN WE BE DENIED ACCESS?
Yes. We will not allow foul language, obscene behaviour, weapons, alcohol, drugs, etc… We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone we deem not appropriate for entry. Please use your head!!
ARE YOU OPEN IF IT’S RAINING?
Yes. We will be open rain or shine. Please make sure you dress appropriately. Most of the wait is outside, however, the attractions are under cover.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE ATTRACTIONS?
Please pay attention and dress accordingly. Most of the wait is outside. It is recommended to wear close toe shoes. ideal adventure bundle with a focus on team building and adrenaline based activities.
